You can pay your rent and service charges to us in a number of ways. Take a look below at the various options available to you.

  • Payments must be made in advance to ensure a clear account is maintained at all times.
  • Your payments will be calculated and you will be notified of your payment amount at least 10 days prior to the first payment.
  • You will be required to make manual rent payments until you have received notification that your Direct Debit has been set up.
  • If you have a rent arrears, you can include your arrears payments on top of the rent you pay by Direct Debit.

Direct Debit (DD) is a great way to make sure your payments are on time and our preferred method of payment. There are many benefits in paying by DD such as:

  • Quick and easy to set up over the phone.
  • You’ll get 10 days’ notice of any changes to your payments.
  • You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by giving your bank/building society or us at least 3 days’ notice.
  • Choosing the day you want the DD to be taken from your bank account so no need to worry about missing a payment
  • You decide how frequently you want to make payments – weekly, fortnightly, every 4 weeks or monthly.
  • You are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.

Contact our Incomes & Customer 1st team today and we will be able to set up the Direct Debit for you over the phone.

The Direct Debit guarantee

This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that take part in the Direct Debit scheme. The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own bank or building society.

You are able to pay via allpay. You will need your rent card and your debit card in order to make a payment.

Your rent card is the plastic card that you were given which has your rent reference number on it. Just have your card handy and you can pay at any of the places listed below using cash or your debit card.

Post Office and PayPoint outlets

You can pay in many local shops and garages that display the PayPoint logo. Please remember to always keep your receipt.

Standing order

Setting up a standing order is a simple way of paying your rent and works similar to a Direct Debit, however you are in full control. Once your bank or building society has received the forms they will make the payments to us automatically. If your rent changes you will need to contact your bank or building society to advise them of any increase or decrease in your rent.

During office hours please ring Incomes & Customer 1st team or you can ring the Allpay 24 hour Payment hotline on 0330 041 6497 (This number charges local call rate with no additional charges).
