Residents are at the heart of everything we do here at Castle Vale Community Housing. We know great services are shaped through feedback – good or bad. That is why we’re always looking at new ways of involving residents in our activities. We are committed to involving and empowering our residents in how we run our services. There are many ways you can get involved.
We want our homes our estate to be great places to live. We believe the best way of improving our service is to work closely with our tenants. Your views are important to us and every voice matters. We want you to be involved in helping us to keep improving our service and we can offer training, provide transport and equipment, and cover your expenses for this.
There are many ways to get involved:
- influence policies, procedures, and changes to our services
- test, monitor, or give feedback about whether we’re delivering against the promises we make.
- improve your neighbourhoods and communities.
- scrutinise our services to make sure we’re meeting all our obligations as a landlord, which are set out in the Social Housing Regulatory framework
CVCH has a range of ways in which customers of any age or background can get involved and help shape our services or provide feedback. It is essential for us to hear from our tenants and residents about how we can improve our services. We have created lots of different ways for you to have your say and we hope that there is something that suits everyone.

We have a varied and inclusive resident engagement programme at Castle Vale Community Housing that all residents can be part of. Tell us what matters to you, inspect our services, and get to the very heart of the communities where we work. It’s an opportunity for you to share your ideas and challenge our performance – while learning new skills along the way.
Show us how we can do better, and help us to:
- offer services that residents need and want.
- work to a high standard, delivering quality services.
- achieve value for money across our organisation.
- enhance the quality of life for people living in your community.
- ensure staff and Board members carry out their work effectively.
